About Ombusdman
The institution of the Ombudsman (ombudsman) was established after the First World War in many states, based on the Swedish model, constitutionally enshrined in 1809. The respective states introduced the Swedish model in their legal order, but profoundly modified, with various forms and variants regarding the name, composition, competence, term of office.
