Request for legislative changes for administrative litigation
The headquarters of the Office of the People’s Advocate does not have spaces intended for the audience of citizens and equipped waiting spaces. The waiting time to be admitted to the audience can last 1-1.5 hours. During this time period, people may be exposed to contacts that could endanger their health. Existing conditions could increase the risks of rapid spread of COVID-19 and other respiratory diseases.
