7 of 10 citizens from Republic of Moldova consider that their rights are systematically violated. This fact is proved by the results of the study “Perceptions of Human’s Rights in the Republic of Moldova “, presented on the International Human Rights Day, 10th December 2018. The study was undertaken by iData, at the request of the People’s Advocate Office. The purpose of the Study is to assess the progress or the regress in the human rights protection by comparison with 2016th situation when a similar study was done.
In the process of developing the study, the People’s Advocate Office beneficiated of support from UNDP in Moldova, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and the United Nations Population Fund in Moldova.
