In both cases, the NHRI confirmed their status as whistleblowers and that this entitled them to protection under law.
In one of the cases, the NHRI intervened in the trial to protect the whistleblower.
The court decided to annul the disciplinary measures and obliged the employer to restore the whisteblower to the position they had prior to their dismissal.
